100-Day Return Policy
You may return any product purchased directly from Oaktone within 100 days of delivery for a full refund.
We keep the policy simple:
- No complicated process
- No interrogation
- No stress
If it’s not the right fit for your workflow, just let us know within 100 days.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, develops a defect, or experiences a hardware failure under normal use, we will:
- Cover return shipping costs
- Prioritize getting a replacement to you as quickly as possible
- Work with you directly to minimize downtime
We understand these tools are often used in live performance environments where reliability matters.
Return Condition Guidelines
We do not expect products to be “perfectly untouched” in order to qualify for a return. We understand that playback gear and stage tools need to be tested in real-world environments.
However:
- Products should be returned with all major included components
- Excessive physical damage, intentional misuse, or missing items may affect refund eligibility

Purchases from Dealers
If you purchased your Oaktone product through a dealer or retail partner, please contact the original place of purchase regarding their return process. Warranty and support questions are still welcome through Oaktone support.
