CC Hijack can convert one MIDI control change message to another allowing any continuous MIDI control change message to send a mod wheel controller message, for instance.
MIDI Mapped control change messages in Ableton Live are exclusive. Installing an instance of CC Hijack also allows you to map a CC message while still using it elsewhere in Live. One use case might be mapping a sustain pedal to an arpeggiator hold button while still using the sustain switch to control a software piano on another track.
Does exactly what it says it does! This allows you to use something with a fixed CC send (say an expression pedal in my case) and output a different CC. In my case I used the plugin to input an expression pedal into Ableton and assign the output CC to turn a tuner on/off on a Quad Cortex.

Works exactly as it says
In Ableton, if you midi map the sustain pedal to the “hold” button in the arpeggiator, you’ll lose the normal function of the sustain. For live use, this is very frustrating! This device fixed it!!
